Tim Raines was a feared leadoff batter and a terror on the base paths. He is definitely an all-time favourite with Canadian baseball fans.

One of the best leadoff hitters in baseball history, Rock's career spanned parts of four decades but he's best known for his 13 seasons with the Montreal Expos. Setting a rookie record with 71 steals, Raines made seven consecutive All-Star teams and totaled at least 70 steals in each season from 1981 to 1986.

Tim Raines was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017.
